These Terms apply when you download and use our app Fikkie, or any other app of ours that links to these Terms of Use.

Fikkie is designed to show users the burning advice from StookWijzer based on their location. The app uses data from government sources, including the StookWijzer by RIVM. Fikkie is an independent app by Nonstrict B.V. and is in no way affiliated with RIVM, the government, or any other governmental institutions.
Intellectual Property
Nonstrict holds the Intellectual Property and copyright of the software. It is prohibited for the user to infringe upon our Intellectual Property rights.
Liability
We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the usage of, or inability to use, the app. Nonstrict B.V. makes no guarantees whatsoever regarding the accuracy or completeness of the information in this app.
By installing Fikkie, the user agrees to the following:
- The use of Fikkie is entirely at the expense and risk of the user.
- The information in the app may contain errors due to technical issues, software bugs, or incorrect source data.
- Nonstrict does not guarantee that the app will be free of bugs or other errors.
- Nonstrict does not guarantee that the app will be adjusted to correct any errors.
- No rights can be derived from the information in this app.

Refunds
Transactions in the Apple App Store are final and eligibility for a refund is at the sole discretion of Apple. Instructions on how to request a refund with Apple can be found on their support pages.
